What to be aware of:

- Cars are recommended 
- Each rental unit provides a at least one (1) parking space per bedroom on-site. This parking may be provided off-site with special approval from the City’s Planning & Zoning Board

- Each parking space shall be stabilized with concrete, asphalt, pavers or gravel. Grass, mulch or sand are not acceptable areas for parking

- All pets must be approved by the host prior to check in. A fee of $129.00 per pet, per stay, for up to 7 days will be manually added to your booking and will be required to be paid prior to arrival. Please note, dogs are not allowed on furniture. There will be a charge of $300.00 for any pet related damage or the cost to replace damaged item(s).
