Amazing property
The location of this property was a ten! Very short drive to town. Spectacular sunrises on the oceanfront - private walkway to beach. Very, very clean and nicely equipped. Felt like home - very comfortable to live in for our stay. One request would be for a gas grill - would have been nice to cook out as opposed to a charcoal grill. We really enjoyed the abundance of live music, great food, great people and the beach at Fort Clinch was a special memory!!!

Great Spot
House is fantastic, needs some paint but overall great house/location. Note that it is a duplex so you can hear neighbors and you also can’t make much noise.

Great for several couples.
We chose this unit as it had 2 Kings and a queen each with it's own bath, and was right on the beach. It was absolutely beautiful and we had our own gopher turtles.

Perfect place for our family
The property was located on the beach-which was supremely private and full of shells. My kids had THE BEST time building castles and playing in the sand. The unit had everything we needed, but as indicated we did need to provide our own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion which isn't a big deal as long as you plan for it! The bedrooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms were updated and very nice. The town of Fernandina is a 5 minute drive away and it is adorable with plenty of wonderful restaurants. Amelia Island Coffee Shop shouldn't be missed! The recommendations in the binder that was provided by the unit had a bunch of restaurant recommendations and they were all great! We walked thru the farmer's market before we left on Saturday. This is the perfect place if you're looking for a relaxing family vacation! We really hope to come back someday soon!

We were down for a bowl game and enjoyed staying in this property. It was exactly as represented and was perfect for three couples. I wish we had more time to take advantage of the beautiful beach. Beautiful views and easy beach access. We would stay here again.

Senior Fall Break
Great fall break for five swimmers and friends. The location is the best. Being on Fletcher is always great bc it’s steps from the beach and close to state park and downtown Fernandina. The house is clean and spacious for the boys. We will be back.

Gorgeous location and home, need better cleaning
We got to the property and were very happy with the location and it was very close to the description we were expecting. I loved the home and we would consider going back. What we did not expect and what we were disappointed with was the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishes. Very evident dishes were not cleaned or just put away dirty. After an hour or 2 of cleaning we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Nothing better than walking right out onto the beach and views were awesome!

Great house
The house is in a perfect location and right on the beach. The property management team did a great job with communication. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. My only suggestions would be to upgrade the patio furniture, this house needs it. Also add more pans and coffee mugs. Overall a great place to stay. We will be back.

Golf Trip
Annual Florida golf trip. Never been to the Amelia Island area. Very nice. Fernandina Beach downtown is very nice. Restaurants were great. Golf not so much. A bit disappointed with the quality of golf. Anyway, we had a great time and the house was perfect for our needs.

Relaxation and Location
The views and sounds of the ocean were amazing. Days spent sitting on the back porch for morning coffee and walks on the beach. The property did not disappoint. Exterior is well landscaped and very pretty. There were a few issues at check in (light bulbs, fireplace, etc.) and the team fixed them immediately. So easy to deal with and very professional. While we loved the property and location, it might be time for a few upgrades. The couches and rug need a deep clean and could use a few throws. The carpeting, especially in the master, is in desperate need or replacement. Might we suggest flooring instead. Also, new linens on the master and a small night stand next to both sides of the master bed would be useful.

Off season weekend trip
Our family of 5 really enjoyed our long weekend in January. The property had no maintenance issues, I appreciated not having to bring linens, and a washer and dryer make beach trips so much easier with kids. It’s hard to beat being beach front with gorgeous views. We watched dolphins and birds while eating breakfast and enjoyed shelling and playing on the beach. We were close to restaurants for take-out, and it is a short drive to downtown Fernandina Beach with cute shops and restaurants. Maybe next time we will bring friends to rent the other half of this property.

Wonderful Experience
I really enjoyed my stay here. The house was clean and the views were great. We had our own private entrance to the beach which was nice and the beach area was not crowded due the fact that the public beach entrance is further down. From the pictures on the listing, it looks like the pool is shared by one duplex, but there is actually 4 units sharing the pool. Luckily, no one was there while we were so we had the pool to ourselves. The property manager Summer was very professional and always available for questions. Great customer service. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this property.
