「Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion.」

「We enjoyed the Lodge and club. Our room was amazing--view of the ocean, fireplace, large tub, and roomy shower. Most of the staff were above and beyond (some not so much, but not terribly so. Just not as nice as others in comparison). Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the adult pool and loungers for a few days. The main disappointment is that the pool is not very big, and the loungers get filled up. The other frustrating aspect is that you have to pay to have a chair on the beach. This feels...

「A bit slow check in but appreciated the free water. Our bed and room was great but 217 is right by elevator and way too noisy. Earplugs helped but we would ask for a different room next time. 」
