"This was a very clean room. This definitely is a hands off property. You have to either call or email for help. Our room door code did not work but was fixed by calling for help. The laundry code didn’t work, tried 2 diff codes then finally got in to get extra towels. No ice machine. I was told to use ice from the tray. I’m sorry but I’m not using ice from a previous traveler, in today’s world! A/C is up so high I couldn’t reach it, my husband barely could. Then, it didn’t cool the room. Thank...

"Our December travel day was clear but the following day a snowstorm blew in. Through the huge wall of windows we watched snow swirl among the tall pines as the gas fireplace warmed the spacious main room with its vaulted ceiling of knotty pine. The well equipped and beautiful kitchen, the spacious bathrooms, the windows on all sides made for a delightful stay. The fireplace in the downstairs game room kept us warm as we played billiards.
