"Hotel is unmanned with no lobby attendant. Everything is done virtually through a video concierge in the lobby. When giving the room code it wasnt the safest as they put it on the screen and others can see your detailed information on at check in if you dont block the screen from others. Overall very spacious layout with tons of room for Tokyo and it was clean. About 10 mins walk to Dotonbori or the subway. Heating/AC unit is a bit hard to get setup properly but once its set its good."

"Love the space! With a family of 5, there is ample room for everyone and space for 4 big luggages and loads of shopping bag. "The hotel room as just as advertised with no hidden surprises. This hotel is self check-in, and despite being my first time as such it was no hassle at all. "Fantastic location, about 10 mins walk to Namba station which is a hub to transfer to any of Osaka's main subway lines including the Nankai that goes directly to and from Kansai Airport.
