"This is the newer “suites” property, the hotel (which I stayed in a few weeks ago) is around the corner. It is perfectly fine in terms of cleanliness and comfort but entirely lacking any kind of atmosphere. (But do you need atmosphere?) the current closure of the metro line between Balderas and Observatorio does complicate transport somewhat - there are integrated shuttle buses running constantly, and the bus ticket covers the metro and vice versa. But obviously buses are subject to traffic...
