"Address is incorrect and phone number does not work. Had to walk in the dark on a busy highway with no street lights and only light from my phone. Its not a hotel qith dogs. More like a dog hotel. The whole place smells like soggy wet dog. Didnt use anything in the room. Afriad kight have been used for dogs. More like a dog hotel than a hptel for human with dogs. I was prepared to crawl into doggy bed. "

The front desk staff speaks very good English, and they will patiently introduce you all services (especially the onsen) they provide, all local spots you can visit. They upgraded our room without any extra fees. The room is traditional Japanese tatami, it’s spacious, clean and very cozy. The room we have has a very good view from the window that you can see...
