"Two adults two teens stayed in a Hollywood Quad room in Jan 2025 after flying into Narita airport. The shuttle bus from airport to hotel was fast and convenient. Front desk staff very helpful sending luggage on (cash only). We had the buffet dinner (easy and very high quality, expensive but worth it) and buffet breakfast (lots of Western and Japanese options). Our room was older but immaculately clean and quiet. Note the pool (extra charge) isn't open all day, only afternoon/ evening. Shuttles back to the airport were divided, one to Terminal 1 and one to Terminals 2/3, really efficient. This hotel was excellent and we've booked here again. It was far more affordable for a Quad room to stay here than in central Tokyo. "

"Really enjoyed my stay here, as a tourist I was having trouble booking flights and hotels to match and with this hotel had many options available and last minute too. Very friendly compared to the other hotels we stayed at and convenient store inside for food. Took care of our baggage while we were out and put it up in our rooms for us. Also provided transportation to Narita Airport so if you need somewhere to go after narita, check out this hotel."
