「Room was perfect. Quiet hotel, and the staff were very friendly. 」

「Our only complaint is the shuttle service to the casino. We were offered a complimentary ride and pick up to go back to the hotel. We were told we had until 11pm for pick up. We called for our ride back at 1045 and we told the driver had already left for the night. We had to find another way back to the hotel. 」

「They are pet friendly and near our Interstate. The door nearest the handicap parking did not work, so had to use a further entrance. Then the handicap accessible room was at the far end of the second floor. One of the elevators did not work as well. 」

「Was a nice building and room, especially for one person. Empty lot in front of the building was a bit of eyesore but not too bad. Pretty quiet and safe area too (at least from what I could tell)」

「The public bathroom near lobby was not clean...toilet. Staff exceptionally good」

「It was okay overall. They had limited availability in terms of room size. The room had fringed carpet some areas had small holes, the nob in the shower had broken off permanently stuck on "shower mode", also paint was missing on various walls throughout the room, it just didn't mstch thd hype of what I expect the Hampton Inn should be. To be fair I usually don't use hotel bath tubs any, but we did essentially pay for the option. The only saving grace was the staff, the staff at the front desk...
