Very attentive staff. Making extra efforts to accommodate guests specially hotel manager Mr. Ercan. Housekeeping staff was excellent specially Ms. Sanam. Breakfast choices were great! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Overall great experience and reasonable price. Thanks!!

I come here every year and am very comfortable and wonderful security for the hotel. Always feel safe here Rooms are kept in good shape and cleaned regularly. For me this hotel is like my own house has kitchen stove mini fridge what else could you ask for and reasons price

Farook deserves a pat on the back. His service is excellent. But most of the staff doesn’t know English. Air conditioning is centrally controlled. So we needed to call every single day to turn it on. Breakfast was good with a variety, but most of the time was served cold. Maybe hot dishes not turned on every day. There’s no toaster in the breakfast area. Room service is excellent but they charge you for ice cubes. Overall needs something improvements.

Wir waren zu dritt und hatten große Zimmer. Leider gab es für die dritte Person nur ein Schlafsofa, das zudem zunächst nicht bezogen war. Erst nach einem Anruf wurde es für uns bezogen, was eine unangenehme Situation schuf, da jemand Fremdes im Raum schlafen musste. Wenn wir für drei Personen gebucht haben, hätte dies im Vorfeld erledigt werden können. Die Lobby ist schön, jedoch war die Dame am Empfang eher unkompetent und wenig hilfsbereit. Beim Check-out wurde uns auch nicht angeboten, das Gepäck ins Fahrzeug zu laden, was in einem Hotel dieser Klasse erwartet werden könnte. Die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt, mit einer Küche, einem Wohnbereich, einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer. Leider war der Toilettendeckel stark vergilbt und wirklich unangenehm. Dies sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Zudem gab es an mehreren Stellen Gebrauchsspuren, die den Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigten.

Genel olarak güzel bir deneyimdi Bof Hotelde kalmak. Temizdi, kahvaltisi cok güzeldi. Hafta sonu 11e kadar kahvalti yapmak mümkündü. Gold üye olarak bedava upgrade yapma imkanimiz oldu odayi. Klimalarin merkezi sisteme bagli olmasi sıkıntıydı. Oda katlanilmaz sicakliktaydi. Aralik ayinin son haftasi olmasina ragmen camlar acik yatmak zorunda kaldik. Park olanaklari mevcut. Arabasiz bu otelde konaklamayi cok önermem. Katlanilmaz yollar, yokuslar - bir cok aktiviteye, avmye vs. Yakin bir konumda olmasina ragmen ulasim sıkıntı. Istanbul trafigine takiliyorsun her türlü. Fiyat/performans olarak cok güzel bi secim Bof Hotel. Tesekkür ederiz.
