Great location

Excellent proximity to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere and not worry about parking. Kitchen appliances and bathrooms are newer and well-functioning. Wifi was reliable. Customer service was responsive when I couldn't find the parking pass. The unit could use a furniture/paint refresh, but if location is your priority, this is a good option.

No better location!

The location of the condo couldn’t have been better - you walk out and literally to the right is the Main Street of IOP with all restaurants and shops. The location of the private pier and beach directly across the street was also ideal! We visited in off season so it was not busy at all. The condo was clean and everything we needed was provided. I would recommend that the owners put up new curtains in the second bedroom though, as they are very thin and light does come in. We brought our own pack and play and slumber pod for our toddler so the light wasn’t as much of an issue, but it may be for some. We would come back and stay again - easy parking, instructions to check in and check out.

Easy to reach, great location, plenty of fun!

A great location that is easy to reach and in the middle of where you want to be. Walking distance to everything you need so you can park the car and forget about it until it is time to leave. Safe beach with plenty of life guards and fun!

Bright and cheery

We spent Christmas Eve and a few more days in this bright and cheery condo. About half a block to the beach and a short walk to two breakfast restaurants - now that’s my idea of a vacation!

Great location

We spent a fall weekend here. We had a great girl’s weekend. Everything was just as described. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance. The beach is right across the street. The condo is stocked well and the beds are very comfy!! We would definitely come back for another stay.

Property was close to ocean, east walking distance. Condo had everything we needed to cook and enough space to feed and visit with local relatives while staying there. It worked out very well with having a shower in one bathroom and a tub in another. We had a young child who does baths and elderly grandpa who prefers walk in showers.

Easy beach access

This property is located across the street from the beach and is a great place to stay. My two complaints were the comforter seemed a bit dirty and they only allowed one parking pass for a six person unit and it was quite a struggle to get another. That makes the stay very difficult

Nice stay for the price

It was a nice place with a good pool and a nice beach. I was a little disappointed that the dishwasher was broken during our stay. With our family of five, it was a pain to do the dishes by hand. The beds were very comfy and the shower was nice. I also liked being able to easily walk to IOP. My only other wish was for more beach stuff available in the condo for the kids to play with. The umbrella and chairs were very rickety and not the best either. All in all it was a decent stay, and i appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the ease of checking in and out. We would stay again.

Cozy villa

The villa was cozy and clean. 2 couples stayed. the beds were comfy. The kitchen was small, not much counter space. We enjoyed the porch facing the pool in the afternoon until the people below started smoking.... The 6 flights of stairs were a little hard with luggage (but knew that before we got there.)
