「I couldn't check into this apartment and it wad sold to another owner. Hotels.com just keeps on dragging my refund. I even gave them the phone no of the new owner to confirm the fact but they just said that they could not get in touch with the ex owner. What a stupid actions! Please consider if you really want to book via this platform as you have no guarantee on your refund.」

「Lovely log fire, which made it very Christmassy. Host was very welcoming and flexible about check in.Great kitchen space with a good range of cooking pots and pans.Ely is within walking distance with a lovely market a couple of days per week: some great local produce.The cathedral was lovely and with a short walk to the riverside. Great fish and chips and some lovely pubs.」

「Excellent stay in self contained apartment. Safe underground parking (£20 per day). Electric buses stop nearby and it’s £2 to anywhere in Cambridge. Highly recommend. 」

「The location is great and very convenient. However, the lack of soundproofing is an issue—you can hear every movement from the floor above. Improved soundproofing would make the stay much more comfortable.」
