「The title pretty sums it up. It is a great property and we had a fun time and enjoyed our stay. Only negatives were that the bed is not very comfortable, and also the sound proofing is not very good so unless you have a fan on or something you'll be able to hear traffic and trains throughout the night. 」

「I was impressed that Jennifer’s Room was in a lovely upscale neighborhood. Upon arrival I walked my dog and was welcomed by 3 neighbors. I felt so safe and comfortable in Jennifer’s Room. It was a perfect place for me and my dog, Grace O’Malley. 」

「Had a lovely stay in this gorgeous spot - everything you need is there and very charming and new and luxurious. Dave is a wonderful host. Highly recommend this for a beautiful getaway and a stones throw to stroll the enchanting town!」

「This little gem is tucked away in the middle of a working avocado orchard. The view of the rolling hills and Pacific Ocean is impeccable. We spent each night on the deck watching the sunset. Highly recommend and will return.」

「This is a perfect place to stay in Santa Ynez. The cottage was clean with everything you could need for your vacation including a large bathroom and living area. There is even a place to park and a Tesla charger right there. You can literally walk to EVERYTHING! Dave was so helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure!」

「Looking for a seeet little get away? We loved the cottage. Close to Santa Ynez Main Street, it was just a short walk to a park, restaurants, and cute shops. The cottage was immaculate comfortable and freshly remodeled. The host offered to move us to a unit with a second bed free of charge to better meet our needs. Why stay in a hotel when you could stay here. 」

「This house has a great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and just a few minutes from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything you need for stay. We happened to stay during a heat wave and found that it took quite awhile for the PLUG- IN AC to cool place off. The owner also requested us to turn this off while we were not in the home, texting us about it during our stay to remind us. This was a little frustrating as we booked this home...
