「We had an amazing stay at Nautibeach! We returned after 9 years and it did not disappoint. Isla Mujeres is a short 20 minute ferry ride from Cancun. We booked a shuttle service from the airport and they conveniently purchased the ferry tickets ahead of time for us.Nautibeach is 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal and there are numerous taxis available if you prefer to be driven with your luggage.We arrived in the evening and the check-in process was simple. 「What a lovely place to stay on the island! The management staff was wonderful. The cleaning crew was delightful. Watching the sunrises from our balcony and climbing down to explore the beach below was unforgettable. We loved being mid-island and one block from Mango Restaurant! We cooked most of our meals and appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommend this property!!!」

Communication with the conceirge Edwin made the whole stay worthwhile. He was fantastic at getting us exactly what we needed as soon as possible. 「We loved our stay in Isla. This place is great other than 2 issues. First the bad stuff. 1) there is a musty/ moldy smell on the second floor. We would not stay here again unless we were assured this was fixed. 2) The AC fan made a high pitched squeaky sound, it made it difficult to sleep at times. If these 2 things were fixed we would absolutely stay here again as the property is in a great location, lots of great restaurants and coffe shops and beach clubs around. The beds are really...

"While most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our experience at the steakhouse on November 10, 2024, was disappointing. Some staff, particularly an older female server and a curly-haired male server, were rude and impatient. When one friend briefly left for the restroom, the older female server refused to take our order, insisting we wait for them to return. Despite explaining we could order for our friend, she rudely walked away after urging us to hurry them up. Later, when another friend finished their meal and tried to order again, the curly-haired male server called the older female server to assist, but she seemed unwilling. When yet another friend tried to order an additional dish, the older female server refused, claiming we could only order twice—a rule we were not informed of beforehand. Despite the poor service, we left a tip. Initially, I liked this hotel, but this experience ensures I won’t return. I hope future guests won’t face such unpleasant treatment and will be served with respect and warmth. "
