"Im writing this review as i’m waiting for my ride to pick me up to the airport. As a single male seeking a luxury all inclusive adult only with amazing beach, this place was truly paradise. In fact, this was my 2nd visit followed by 2023. The whole staff was very well mannered and most of the staff knew my name and always had alot of energy and made sure the guest were having great time The room amenities were very well equipped and the room service was top notch. I had a small issue with the room, but it was rectified almost immediately. If i have to say one thing that was not amazing, was the food. I would say it was good which i was happy, but it wasn’t amazing. I stayed 7 nights and 8 days. I highly recommend "

"Read a lot of bad reviews before going. Very relieved most of them were wrong. The hotel is fine. Clean, quiet, excellent staff, food good. It’s not a mega hotel so the food options are limited as in they serve 100 guest rather than 300 at a large all inclusive resort. So yes, the pool is smaller, the entertainment is on the smaller side, etc. being on an private island was perfect as Northbeach was wall to wall people on the weekends with 20 to 30 boats parked from Cancun. Way too crowded for us so we were happy to be at the Mia. Town a five minute walk away, ferry building 10 minute walk. One thing to note is for any excursions you do from the hotel concierge or golf cart rental requires CASH only. Mia Spa and gift shop will take a credit cards. Staff very very friendly and the bar, restaurant staff VERY service oriented and charming. "

"I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel, the staff and our experience. This is our second time coming (5 years ago was the last time) with our kids now 11 and 7. Both were exceptional stays. Many of the dishes during our stay were comparable to Michelin star meals. Everyone went out of their way to provide thoughtful and meaningful moments. Staff remembered my name and my kids faces. They were always friendly and welcoming. This is truly a luxury vacation, and was a discount for what I paid with respect to the quality and service I received. The kids have proclaimed our next vacation is here. I’m on board with it;)"
