"Convenient location close to the subway. We appreciated having a little space and a table in the apartment, but spent most of our time out. Being in the city that never sleeps it was fairly loud in the bedrooms at the front of the property but got used to it after the first night. Some of the furnishings are a little tired but that was no problem for us. Victoria was really communicative and it was easy to check into the property."

"2 colleagues on a business trip. 4 bedrooms so plenty of space. It is a tired property up 4 flights of stairs but clean and warm! For NYC good value and ideal for 2 of us. 4 on business would have been less than ideal as 2 of the rooms were very small. But for what we needed and expected it was excellent!"

"We rented here for a visit with family and it worked out perfectly for us, plenty of room and comfortable. It may not be fancy and extravagant like people may want from the area, but was beyond comfortable, clean and convenient. Beds were more comfortable than most rentals I have used (a huge plus and exactly why we weren't staying with immediate family!), all rooms clean as can be and pretty spacious as well. "The property is located on a road that has a steep incline. Highly recommended that you have parking cameras or additional help. The first night was pretty noisy, the down stairs occupants were blairing music on repeat til 11pm. After the first night noise wasnt an issue anymore. If you attempt to Uber into NYC, be aware that some drivers cant drive into NYC from New Jersey. Bus/Metro is a good alternative, but will take a few min walk. Overall the property was fine, not amazing, just okay....

"The pictures posted seem to be of a suite, not a basic room. I had an end room, with a view of "the city" which was the subway track, and the room was much smaller than i expected. However, I had all the amenities I needee, and the hotel is right across from not only a large shopping center, but in the mix of Chinatown, so there was lots to eat nearby and the parking in the shopping center was ample. I would stay there again."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key.
