We loved the breakfast. Absolutely the best we have ever had. Room was great but unable to open windows so condensation was a bit of a problem and led to some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Otherwise everything, especially the staff were amazing.

Beautiful location on the River Ness. Easy walking distance to main streets and many historic sites in Inverness. Buildings are well maintained and quaint, like guest houses rather than a typical hotel. Adjoining restaurant is excellent.

It was great to stay in a hotel with a first class restaurant, brewery and distillery all in one property. The combination made for a very unique stay. The rooms were a nice size, very clean and the windows opened for added comfort. The service was exceptional. The room ammenities were nice and make the visit special. It was very safe and free parking was a bonus. Overall, it's a great place to stay and my go-to place for future visits.

Cute property that is a short walk to downtown Inverness. The property is in an older building which I liked. The beds weren’t too comfortable though.

Overall my stay was enjoyable. However two issues arose which coloured my impressions. First, I used the laundry service, which turned out to be unhelpful. My laundry was returned to me damp and in the same plastic bag in which I had submitted my clothes. To make matters worse, all my clothes were stuffed into the bag full of creases that took me 1 1/2 hours to iron out. Not acceptable! Secondly, on my first day, I invited family guests for lunch. After being seated in the hotel restaurant, we were informed that most of the menu items were unavailabe due to "the menu being changed". There were only four items available: soup, hamburger, caesar salad and fish & chips. I believe the reasoning was untruthful as a large group of French tourists were in the restaurant at the time and this suggested that the kitchen has run out of food. Even though management gave me a discount, as I paid for my guests, it was imbarrasing. On the positive side, I did use the hotel restaurant exclusively and always had good service and excellent food.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious. We didn't have much time to explore all aspects of the hotel because we were only there one night. The staff was very nice. The restaurant was very good. I had the fish and chips and it was delicious.

My only regret is that I stayed on property for less than 12 hours due to a long delay at Heathrow. It was the first stay of my trip to Scotland and set the tone beautifully. The room was lovely, nicely decorated and cozy. Great bathroom too. I arrived very late, around midnight, and the porter was kind and informative and the gentleman that met me at my building helped carry in my luggage and made sure I was able to get to my room. All around lovely!

Fantastic hotel, Running the Loch Ness Marathon this is the perfect place to stay. Value for money, food was great. Service was excellent, you will have to visit the bar with the finest range of whiskey and one or two nice IPA “we tried a few after the marathon” Might not be back for the marathon but will be back for a visit.

Really convenient place to stay for events in the city centre. I was impressed by the hotel's efforts to be green including on site energy generation. Safe place to lock our bikes. Excellent breakfast and beautiful decor in the public areas. We didn't get time to view the on site brewery/distillery....maybe next time. Staff were polite but busy. I would stay again.

While I would highly recommend staying here I may get mention that if you plan to sleep in, this may not be your spot. Simply because of the age of this beautifully renovated apartment, there are lots of noises as other guests move around.
