"Our family loved this hotel! Myself, my husband, my father in law and our four kids ages 8weeks to 13 years old were so comfortable here in terms of the space and room. Literally anything you could think you’d need at a home away from home, like a fully stocked kitchen down to the dishwasher tablets and mini salt and pepper shakers. Mind blowing. Kids loved the pool and I loved the waterside hammocks. Already booked our next trip back for next year. "

"Excellent customer service at check in! Cons - Beds very hard and uncomfortable and room had a musty smell but it was only for one night so we just dealt with it, need to upgrade to SmartTVs in rooms. Pros - the shower and bath products and the overall size of the rooms with the separate living room area."

"Pool facilities are good which you pay for as the resort fee. Self parking is $35 per night and needs a shuttle to go to from and to the lobby. But shuttle comes fast and frequent. Staff are very friendly but they do not clean your room everyday by default. And our bed sheet was never changed over our 4 night stay"
