#1 Location, located right off of US 31 easy on and off highway, just 1/2 mile from the traffic light in Interlochen!
#2 Self check in we have a keypad lock no keys required for entry.
#3 Newly remodeled, modern design
#4 The unit is air conditioned for those warm summer days.

Here are 3 things to consider before renting.
#1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our apartment or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our apartment is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, located right off of US 31, potential for road noise, although negligible while inside.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 12 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

The Lake View is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Traverse region.

The Lake View features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as microwave,pots & pans, coffee maker, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, toaster, blender,slow cooker and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal.

This is a 1 bedroom unit with a queen size bed the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” HD TV, 100+MBPS WIFI . The bathroom has a full size tub/shower,hair dryer. iron/ board and a washer & dryer to take care of your laundry needs.

Terrific home away from home

Everything was just perfect. For us the location was great, near Traverse City but a quieter spot on a small lake. Amenities were just fine with nice outdoor space and comfortable interior as well.

The location was great for hitting different areas of upper northwest Michigan. The unit was clean and as listed. The road traffic was a little noisy but didn't bother during the night. I would stay at this unit again - nice view of a quiet pond.

Excellent facilities and enjoyed our view of the woods and water. Improving the driveway's entrances to US 31 with cement or pavement surfaces would be beneficial to all and increase safety. Reducing road traffic noise levels would also be greatly appreciated. I will recommend this facility to friends and likely use again in future years.

Home away from home!

This property is ideal for a short Traverse City area visit. It has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a comfortable bed which is hard to find elsewhere. The furnishings are cute and fairly new. Off-season rates are very reasonable. Check-in is easy and convenient parking is a plus.

Horrible road noise

It was just ok for a one night stay. The road noise was terrible. It was missing a top sheet for the hide a bed. Location was just ok. VERY DARK and not enough lights in the condo. No dishwasher, which we knew ahead of time, but thought that was very odd. No one wants to wash dishes on vacation and they tell you to wash them upon checkout. Not very sanitary.

We have stayed previously at one of Jeff’s properties and it was perfect for my family. This year, we were so excited to stay here and it met and exceeded our expectations. It was super clean, exactly what our family was looking for, perfect location, and just the best. Price is reasonable, especially for all you’re getting. We will definitely be back. Oh and the patio! This condo has the BEST patio. The outdoor area is so lovely.

My little hideaway

Great little apartment with fun decor, a very comfy bed, great shower and scenic beauty right outside off the private porch. I was there to visit my son at Interlochen which was just 6 minutes away. It doesn’t get any better than this! I’ll be back🙂

Really nice place

My extended family and friends stayed in this location for my son's wedding. This condo is part of a 12-unit place which is perfect for wedding accommodations near the Blue Bridge venue. They all raved about their places. Very clean, unique decor with all the details and accommodations thought through. Jeff was awesome to work with. I was in communication with him on several occasions before the wedding and he was always so responsive. Beautiful views on Tullers Lake.

Enjoyable Getaway

We were in the area visiting family and needed a place to stay. The property is clean, fully stocked with paper towels, coffee maker, towels, tp, etc. Everything worked. We were provided with location information and door code several days ahead, allowing us to access the property with no problems. Very quiet other than some road noise. Located less than a mile from a nice Toms grocery store, a Wendy's and a Subway. I would return if I find myself in the area. 5 stars for us.

Exactly as depicted

We stayed one night here as we traveled In Michigan. The unit was exactly as depicted. It was spotlessly clean, and had everything we could have wanted minus luggage racks. The washer and dryer are fantastic Speed Queen units you typically only see in higher end stays. You can tell the owner had renovated thoughtfully. The sliding glass doors onto the covered porch made for not only a lovely view of the pond with the swans and their young, but also allowed for fresh air. The property is conveniently located near a nice grocery and corner gas station as well, which was great for us. The only draw back, and which the owners have no control, was the road noise. The owners have tried to landscape to mitigate the noise, but it is still there, especially when sitting on the porch. Overall, it was well worth the price and I would definitely stay here again and have no qualms about recommending this VRBO.
