"This hotel is so great! And Friedl who runs the hotel is a very friendly person, and very helpful with ideas on things to do in the area! The food was very good, me and my partner are vegetarian and they made special food for us. The room was beautiful and very clean. We had a wonderful balcony that overlooked the mountains. I will definitely be back soon!"

"Apartment stay perfect for us. Great location, team stops right outside or an easy 10 minute walk to the town centre. Apartment lovely and warm after a day out exploring in the cold. Welcome card useful - free public transport including the airport bus. Steam room and sauna great - modern, clean and seem not to be overused. Great stay. Vielen dank"

"The apartment was in an excellent location and very clean. It was well-equipped with essentials like towels, pillows, a hairdryer etc. However, there was an oddly placed planter in one of the rooms, seemingly used to cover some exposed pipes. The check-in process was smooth but unconventional, as the restaurant host also served as the apartment manager and was only available between 3:00 and 9:00 PM. We considered storing our luggage after checkout, but there was no one to assist since the...

Our favorite hotel in Austria

"We picked this hotel because of the location and never expected this hotel to charm us!! The hotel was absolutely perfect in every way possible. The location could not have been better, the hotel was recently refurbished and it was so beautiful and welcoming. The rooms and common areas were spotless, the breakfast was terrific. The eggs, cheese, pastries, etc... all come from local farmers and bakers. The bar at night on the top floor turned out to be the best bar in Innsbruck and we agree!! The staff were so helpful and kind as well. We plan to return to Innsbruck just to stay here again. For a fun experience, get a patio room. They are roomy and you have your own private oasis. Don't miss this gem!!"
