"Great location close to West entrance of JTNP, house clean and well suited to our needs. Only complaint is our checkout time was supposed to be 11 but the cleaning people showed up at 9. They said the owner told them we would be out by 9 but that had never been communicated to us. Luckily we were heading out at that time anyhow so it wasn’t an idlsdue. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Joshua Tree. Things were very cute and cozy. The artwork by the owner was a charming touch. The kitchen worked out well. We appreciated having filtered water, a water heater, and a coffee grinder in the morning. We fixed lunches and one dinner and had everything we needed. It was too windy during out stay to have a fire which we had been looking forward to. This was a great spot for enjoying Joshua Tree, especially if you don't want to be near town for meals."

"We had two couples..... split bedroom floor plan, so very private for both couples. If there is a better property location to stay at in Joshua Tree.... I certainly don't know where it could be. The views from the house are breathtaking. It is SO quiet... like the whole park is ours to enjoy. Jacuzzi, Perfect, Fire pit, Perfect..... We would definitely come back to this VRBO. Everyone in our group agreed. The house is not too fancy as to scare you off from kicking back and relaxing after a day...

"We had an amazing quick weekend trip to explore Joshua Tree, and this house was the perfect base! The location made it easy to access the park and many other nearby trails. Eddie was fantastic - super responsive and proactive in reaching out, which made everything so seamless. His thoughtful touches, like the welcome amenity and local restaurant recommendations, really elevated our stay. We can’t wait to come back, this will definitely be our go-to spot when visiting JT!"

"The property manager had excellent communication and went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling with family. The location was great and close to the Village and snow tubing."

"Bare minimum with spoons. More needed. Toaster didn't work. Stove and microwave worked great. "

"We were in Palm springs for the weekend and enjoyed staying at this hotel. We loved the little kitchen in the room. Staff was friendly and customer service was great. The free breakfast was a big plus!"

"We LOVED this hotel. We stayed here as part of our road trip and drove down from Vegas to stay here. It was beautiful and had everything you need. There was so much space for everyone, no one was ontop of anyone else. The adults only pool is a great touch. Good options for food and drink. The sports bar was great and even made cocktails upon request. The location is a great. Easy access to a little shopping facility that had eateries and also convient for going to Joshua Tree National Park. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for more days. "

A classic in DSH!

"Wonderful stay! This property has mutiple (6!) pools fed by the aquifer that it sits on. Both hot and cold pools, sauna etc. The rooms are older, but very clean, everything works, and beds are comfortable. Front desk staff were uniformly efficient, helpful, and courteous ... as were the rest of the resort staff (lifeguards, groundspeople, pool care staff etc). The Sunshine Cafe was great. Terrific waitresses, great food. All-in-all, a really nice place! And a bargain! Will be back!"
