First family vacation
We had a blast and the house was perfect for four families with little ones. Upon arrival we had issues with the front door code but they answered immediately and helped us into the place and we had no other issues the remainder of the stay. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home. Not a private pool
This property is an amazing house. Well stocked. With a wide variety of entertainments. However the pool is not private and should not be listed as private, since there are security cameras monitoring it. Also the pool was green and slightly slimy. All in all, great stay!

Great House but issues with pool and communications
The House was huge, and very nice. The rooms, kitchen, outdoor area was all very nice. The issue with the pool made the start to our vacation a bit disappointing. We paid an extra $300+ to have the pool heated. I assumed that also meant the Hot Tub would be heated. When we arrived, both the pool and the hot tub were cold. All the kids were looking forward to going swimming and the adults wanted to use the hot tub. Called the management company - Avantstay - and were told someone would call us back. Nobody did. We called again, and not return phone call. We figured out the complicated system for heating the hot tub and then found out when you heat the hot tub, the pool won't heat. Apparently, you can't use them at the same time. Major flaw in the system. We found out that in order to heat the pool, we could not use the heat to the hot tub. So we chose to heat the pool overnight. But the end of the 2nd day of a 3 day stay, the pool finally was heated nought to swim. In oder to use the hot tub, we had to turn the heat off to the pool and wait about an hour for the hot tub to heat up. Then turn it back to the pool overnight. Huge hassle and upset about not being told this ahead of time. We did finally get a call back and they confirmed they could not be heated at the same time. They offered refund, which we used for late checkout due to later flights. Poor communication and delayed service for our issue, which we figured out on our own. So if you plan on using the hot tub and pool at the same time, this may not be the house for you. otherwise the house was great. Too bad a $3.5 million home does not have a system to heat the pool and the hot tub at the same time.
