Spacious luxurious condo

Overwhelmed at the space and amenities. Well stocked and room for the entire family. Beautiful condo. I could live here! Main bedroom could use room darkening blinds to improve ability to sleep - or just bring an eye mask. Sleep number bed , jacuzzi tub, and a steam shower. Kitchen is wonderful and chef worthy! Private laundry, workout room, and elevator. Definitely would rent again.

Very nice place.

Very nice and communication and access top notch.Just a few caveats: refrigerators don't have ice makers. The lower level bedroom shower needs repair - it was hard to get the bath to shower to work. The internet was very slow.Otherwise, very comfortable, great parking and great access to the city.

Beautiful condo

The condo is really beautifully appointed and very spacious and comfortable. It was as described in the listing. It worked very well for myself, my husband, and our two adult children. We did not really explore the area as we were visiting family in Avon.

Great location!

You can’t beat the location of this condo, as well as the privacy! We all enjoyed staying here for the Indy 500 weekend and we easily walked to the parade, memorial, and restaurants in downtown. That was fabulous! We did note that all of the carpet had staining, and that the bathrooms weren’t completely clean (hair on shower drains, unclean spots on toilets) and under the beds definitely need to be vacuumed heavily and asap. Furniture and decor need a facelift, as well. This was all about location for us!

Great space for large group, cleanliness could be better.

Third time staying at this property and it is perfect for our family needs which is why we are repeat customers. This time was a little less than expected as the cleanliness was a bit lacking with mac & cheese stuck to living room pillows and stains around on household furnishings. The Ring Camera feature is nice, but with so much passerby activities downstairs the chiming alerts became quiet annoying and disruptive to our stay. Master bedroom fan was so loud it was unuseful. Will try again in hopes it is better maintained/prepared for future visitors. Overall pleased with property, but cleaning could be improved.

Nice place but location not great

This property is nice, We had 2 concerns: 1. it was not super clean (stains on carpets, comforter on master bed has several stains on it, dust on furniture, fridge not wiped down inside, drawers in bathrooms not clean, etc.). 2. the location is not very nice. A lot of vagrants walking around and definitely seemed sketchy.

No hot water

We checked in Friday night and the down stairs bedroom had hot water but no where upstairs was there hot water until Saturday morning and only in one bathroom. The only way to get water in that bathroom was to leave both sinks on for 10 minutes running then turn on the shower!!!

The property was larger than expected based on the photos. Private gym, two kitchens all within the suite. Amenities and appliances were high end. The property manager was easy to contact with questions. Overall an excellent experience renting the location!

Location fabulous. Great layout of condo

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Our location was perfect for everything we wanted to do downtown, and close proxicity two people we were visiting. I lay out of the condo is wonderful, plenty of space for us all, we liked the one bedroom having a little bit more privacy our daughter who has been working night shift so she could get a little shut eye. The only constructive comment would be that the cleaning could have been a little bit better. The ledges wrong but beautiful windows seemed as if someone had been sitting drinks that didn’t get cleaned up. Bathrooms also could’ve been a little bit more clean. And it would be nice to have washcloths included with the towels. Owner was super easy to communicate with and always responsive anytime we had a question. Very accommodating to anything we requested. We will be staying here again, wonderful place

Basketball tournament stay

The places was awesome! We were in town for a basketball tournament. It was really convenient to all the gyms. We were able to go the minor league baseball game. We had 1 adult and 4 girls, plenty of room, bathrooms.

Nice Place, upscale, communication poor, our space was invaded, no mask mandate.

Had a so called maintenance person put code in and invaded our space, unannounced, climbed in and out of window within our living quarters, with no mask per regulations, my sister has a challenging immune system (we are in a pandemic you know) and we are sleep, and my other sister was frightened. Could someone explain to me why the communication is so poor.
