The place was really nice and clean. The breakfast was great!! Unfortunately for us a storm came through that evening and the power went out for 4 hours The kids were disappointed that the pool got closed because of broken glass window in pool area.

The rooms are a good size, the room was clean but I can’t get over how annoying the not one, but two smoke detectors blinking were. I had to sleep with a blanket over my head! Overall the hotel was clean except the pool. My kids were pulling clumps of hair off of their hands and the chemicals seemed off. The breakfast was kinda a disaster, way too many people for the little space and options served. And like others have said the walls are so thin, I could hear the people next to us talking and their whole conversations, not to mention the TV…

Was greeted by Jeremy at the front desk who was very pleasant, friendly and had great customer service skills! He offered a lot of helpful recommendations around the area. Great location and proximity to food places. It’s right by the free way so it’s a little loud, Clean, love the kitchen area and spacious room. I’d definitely stay here again:)

The pool was very dirty No towel at the pool, went with my 7 yrs old daughter and no towel and was cold, no hotel phone to call and finally a staff walk in and I told him we need towel and he was so busy trying to find owner of a car he prob forgot so we had to wait for long time in cold and thank God another customer offered to walk to the front desk to get the towel for us. The food selections it is not good this is Hilton and not as good as holiday inn. Just not the best experience.

I did not like that when my family and i checked in, we were given a room that was already occupied. Not a good start walking into a room and seeing someone's suitcase and clothes hanging up. Thank god that person wasnt in their room when we walked in. Also the smoke detectors were flashing in our room the entire night. Why you would install those kind of smoke detectors is beyond me. But it made it very hard for my family to relax at night.

Went to check in at about 430, when I walked in the room it was still a mess. They had me wait around for about 30 minutes for a 2nd room to be done. The cleaning lady said it was finished. I went to get my key for the 2nd room and they couldn't give me that room. Instead they put me in a 3rd different room. Why did I have to wait 30 minutes when a room was already ready? Been having bad experiences here lately. From not getting rooms I booked weeks in advance to this fiasco now.
