We had a fantastic time at this listing. We used the property for my wife and I’s wedding party to stay at for the weekend. On top of that we had a rehearsal dinner at the house and had plenty of space for everyone and everyone had a great time. We plan to possibly rent the house again in the future because of the location and all it had to offer.

A nice updated home for family to stay. The lights were confusing, we had a hard time figuring out how to turn off some of them. We also didn’t care for the faucets in the bathroom with the automatic turn off feature. Nice location, very convenient for us.

Amazing find when need to be in Indy
This house was in a safe neighborhood. Resturant row was literally a block away. Easy access in and out of the city. Management was fast and responsive. The game room was so much fun and the back yard was so relaxing with 2 fire options. Tvs in most rooms and nice wine glasses to use. Simple details like music and candles everywhere set a great firat impression. Writing paper, pens and envelopes were a nice touch as well.

Westfield Cottage Perfection
Our stay at Joshua’s Westfield Cottage was nothing but a complete joy! It begins with a beautiful renovation with fresh vision but holding onto the feel of a traditional cottage coziness that is often lost. Every need is thought of and covered in this home! You want for nothing ! Down to marshmallow skewers for the fire pit! We hope to visit again soon and were so thankful to Joshua for sharing his timeless home.

Great Location
The cottage is one of the best houses that we’ve stayed at for baseball tournaments. With the game room, spacious backyard and local businesses there was plenty to do in between games. Highly recommended.

Great house. Wish we spent more time in it.
In town for a sporting event at Grand Park. Great location for anything happening in North Indianapolis. Right off the highway. The kids had a blast in the game room in the garage. There is also an amazing breakfast spot right across the street called Rivet Coffee & Brewery. Will be back next year for sure!

Cute and Convenient Property
The inside and outside of this property were great. Nicely remodeled, comfortable furnishings, large deck and yard. Although a short stay for a wedding weekend it was an enjoyable property with every convenience needed within 5 minutes. The only 2 complaints were a floor that the cleaners had left dirty and weathering stripping on the door that left in a cricket or two. I bought a Swiffer wet jet to mop, surprised tho that the owners didn't offer some type of compensation for the cost/trouble.

Very clean, quiet, gorgeous house
and incredibly walkable to easy good coffee too, a big big plus in our book! Felt so much like a hotel, but really big. Love that it was an old house with new everything.
