Nice Property - Just not clean
The unit was perfect, nice layout (although not recommended for anyone handicap). What made it not a pleasant stay was it was so unclean. It was what I call surface clean. The floors were not clean, the bathtub was horrible. Mold and scum in the tub. The dryer had lint in it from several loads, you could see several layers. Food was on the table that had been dried on. A contact was on the floor. One of the dressers had dirty shorts in it. The unit has been remodeled, but someone needs to finish it out. The vent on the floor was not attached. We almost fell through it. Using the handrail I caught a screw that hadn’t been screwed in, I ended up cutting my finger. This just needs some TLC and it will be an excellent rental unit.
