Great location, but house is in disrepair
The house needs a deep cleaning, and many standard items need to be replaced. Mattresses were soiled, pillows were soiled, lack of towels, no replacement bed sheets, all of the bed mattresses were old and soiled. One bed was missing a mattress cover all together. Lack of bed side tables and lamps. Windows didn't work and most screens were ripped. Couch and ottoman were stained. Gas outdoor grill didn't work. No outside furniture to enjoy the deck. Very difficult to relax at this property. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND staying here.

Tumbleweed Stay
We spent Thanksgiving at Tumbleweed and loved it. There was enough space for everyone and things to do like the hot tub and pool table. The master bath could use an update but wverything else was perfect.

Large home near Lake Tahoe
We enjoyed our family vacation which included grandparents, kids and adult grandchildren. The house really needs some TLC and a deep cleaning. It was okay but could be so much better with a little effort! For example there are broken door hinges on the master bedroom door, a really dirty oven and outdoor grill, cobwebs on the ceilings throughout and so much pollen covering the deck it was very unappealing.

First Tahoe Experience
Overall an amazing experience through Vrbo for the house and the property management company. The house was spacious and in a very great neighborhood, close to fun activities around North Lake Tahoe. We booked this house with several friends and had a great time. We did think it could have been a bit cleaner but other than that, overall a wonderful house. The hot tub was amazing and a great way to end the vacation!

Large, wonderful cabin
This place is huge and well-equipped. Everything is as advertised and the managers are very communicative. We especially liked the very eclectic decor consisting of family photos and collections from traveling the world. Made us feel like part of the family!

I’d rent the Tumble Weed home again
All was wonderful with our stay. Kitchen needs pot holders. Hot tub was in need of service. Called customer service (email was not answered). Within minutes, maintenance showed up and made the hot tub clear as day!
