"The property was lovely. Loved my room on the 30th ‘Godzilla’ floor with a great view. It was very convenient in the midst of Shinjuku. Though do wish they had a full on restaurant. Would stay there again."

"The property is in a great location. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast on the 25th floor was fantastic. We tried breakfast at the annex location one time. It had very little selection and not that good. "

"The biggest plus for this hotel is location, location, location. It is situated within a five minute walking distance of the Shinjuku station, though one needs to take the right gate out to be closest to it, (that would be the South gate of the original station). The room is of reasonable size by Japanese standards, and the nightly fare is within the range that one would expect for a prime area like this. A downside, at least in my personal opinion, is the checking-in process. There’s no such thing as checking in as much as one minute before 3 o’clock, and when one does check in it must be through a digital system that can turn a simple matter of getting the keys to one’s room into a protracted and slightly frustrating experience. All that said, would we stay here again if we were in the area? Probably."
