"Stayed for 2 nights, nice clean rooms, excellent spread for breakfast, good location close to the train station where there are plenty of shopping and dining options."

"Very convenient for the station. We arrived with a lot of luggage so was offered an upgrade to a larger room for £10 per night, which we took. Glad we did as room was still compact but did what we needed for two nights. We were able to send a couple of our bags onto the next hotel using Black Cat. The receptionist was very helpful in arranging this for us. "

"Better than some 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at! Staff were super friendly and helpful, great location, can get to it without walking outside and big rooms! Will def stay here next time!"

"This hotel is close to the train station, about a 5-10 minute walk. Check in was easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was about a 10 minute walk north from the hotel to get to an area with interesting restaurants and shops. I also like that you can book a room with a washing machine, although I didn't not do so myself. If I visit Matsumoto again, I would definitely look to stay here."

"This property is just opposite to Nagano station. Buses going towards Hakuba and Snow Monkey Park is on the same side as this Hotel (just opposite to Hotel). Had a 7 eleven convenience store next to the property."

"Very pleasant stay. Walking distance to everything. My only minor negative feedback would be the western breakfast. The eggs, bacon and sausages were all cold as they were not kept covered in the bain marie. "

"Turned out to be perfect for an overnight stay. It was only 4 minutes walk from the train station and Izakayas. I had a wonderful view of the snow capped mountains in the morning. "
