They were very efficient and clean. I lost my luggage in the train station. The English speaking staff member exceeded his job by helping me translate and recover it.The free breakfast was nice. I stayed 10 days. It was my first trip to Japan. I was impressed by the hospitality and good manners.

There are two hotels of same name 15 mins apart - it would be helpful to warn people of this - to check the address carefully. It is frustrating when you have walked 15-20 mins with luggage to wrong hotel.

"It's right next to the Toyohashi station - in a sense, the entrance is inside the station property, as the hotel is managed by JR. Very high level of service, clean room and professional staff. I keep coming back to this hotel."
