"The location is good with many dining options near the hotel, including Kobe beef options. We use some of the amenities like public bath, self-service laundry (at B1) and parking (2500yen per day). The service staff is kind and professional and can speak english. We wish they could have instant coffee options in the room and that the public bath is close later at night and in the morning. "
