Ibos Pet-friendly Hotel

"Clean comfortable hotel. Ideally located close to the grotto and church. Short walk to restaurants. My only complaint was that the free parking advertised was not onsite. If you want to park near the hotel you have to pay. Felt a little like bait and switch since I booked this hotel specifically for the free parking "

"Great suite, plenty of room to spread out, and a huge tub. Also the drying rack for towels/clothes was a great touch. I wish you could turn the AC on instead of the preselected heat, but opening the windows this time of year worked very well to get the room nice and cool. Close to the bus stop, not a far walk from the train station (a beautiful walk by the way especially if using the free fenicular) and there was a grocery store also very close. "

"I like that it is closer to St.Lourdes. They even upgraded our room 😊 Food was delicious-breakfast. Arthur our transporter was super friendly. Will recommend your Hotel and I want to go back in the future. "

"I enjoyed my stay here for the following reasons: Staff members Claudia and Tess made our stay for 3 nites memorable. We had to use an assessable wheel chair that was stored safely every nite. We were greeted friendly every morning and evening, The entire hotel staff were marvelous! I would recommend staying here for your Lourdes experience!!!"
