Overall, this property was a nice little spot in a great location. If you are looking to be in downtown Hyannis or catch the Hy-Line ferries, it's about a 20 minute walk (we didn't think this was bad). It is only a 1-2 minute walk to the beach which was fantastic. This property is definitely small, and decor is a bit outdated, but all we needed was a bed to sleep in since we were outside so much, so it did it's job. I will say the listing was a bit misleading. When searching, it said that this was a studio cottage. Going off of that, we were assuming we would have a small stand alone cottage, not attached to anything else. When we arrived late at night, we thought we were given the wrong address. This is part of a hotel called the Sea Breeze Inn. Nowhere on the listing does it say this, so we freaked out a bit thinking we were in the complete wrong place. After looking around, locating the door around the corner of the hotel that led to our room, and finding the key, we were in. This really confused us, but overall it was a fine stay.
