Great summer cottage
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect for a family. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the out door shower to get the sand off when we returned from the beach! The one hitch was the mold in the front load washer - the door had been left closed and made worse when the air conditioning is turned off. It was addressed by the property manager the next day. We were happy with the resolution. Otherwise the house was very clean.

Cape Cod Visit
We had a wonderful time. The property was private and secure. We did use the pots, pans, dishes and glasses. The property had everything we needed and the property was very clean. Loved the mattress, we slept very well. The outdoor fire pit was warm and wonderful in the evening. There are little brown rabbits with white tails that we would see in the early morning and evening, so cute! Packed light and took advantage of their washer and dryer which were very efficient and convenient. The only thing we wished we had more of was …time! Thank you.

Great location! Property located in a nice quiet neighborhood, away from the traffic and major roads but still only 5-10 minutes to downtown and beaches. Very clean and well laid out. Has a nice back yard with a grill and fire pit.

Great location to travel the cape. Quiet neighborhood, secluded backyard. Everything inside was clean and just as pictures showed. Only downside was the cell service was poor. Would definitely recommend.

Not bad but could have been better
The property was mostly what I expected but the refrigerator didn't work well at all. It was barely cold. I called the management company and after two days sent maintenance. Maintenance said we needed a new refrigerator and that was the end of it. I never hear back from them again. I called and texted sereral times and nothing. I had to get ice and keep all my food in a cooler for 4 days until I cooked all of the meat. We lived out of the cooler for the entire week. Very disappointing. The shower curtain in the bathroom was covered in black mold and the mat in the tub was also brown and gross. Those items should have been replaced. Rod in the show was also rusty. This made the bathroom smell yucky. My husband and boys decided to stick with the outside shower which would have been nice except it was falling apart. Several of the boards had fall on the ground leaving huge gaps in the shower so basically no privacy. The gas grill had almost no gas in it and was filthy. Tons of burnt food and grease caked on the bottom of it. Finally, the neighborhood was pretty sketchy. It has a combination of decent houses with a few dumps in between - one looked like a drug house with taxies coming and going. It was quiet and no one bothered us but it was a bit unnerving. I will likely not rebook for next year.
