「The property is not maintained outside. Safety concerns for sure. Huge hole leading into dock. Sock needs to be power washed due to buildup it’s very slippery. Bricks, stones, 2x4s randomly placed trip hazards everywhere. Lawned not mowed. Trash wasn’t picked up from previous renters . Inside ok for a DIY, table unstable, plywood bench, bed support broken.
