Nice Homey Large Condo for a family
Nice property - All the amenities needed for a home, cooking wise, bathroom amenities, washer and dryer etc. Just bring the groceries. Nice warm homey atmosphere. Hot tub broke right before our stay so could not use that, but new one ordered for the next travelers. All in all a very nice place - We spent our family Christmas holiday here.

Not as clean as the reviews said
Was not very clean.. carpet was very very dirty with large stains. Even felt dirty to walk on the carpet (crunchy as my DIL put it). Kitchen floor had stuff on it like it hadn't been swept. Tile floors and baseboards were very dirty. Pillow case had a stain on it. All previous reviews about this condo were how clean it was- we were really shocked. The AC struggled to keep the unit cool- felt like it wasn't working at full capacity. We also had to message the property mgr after 4 for the gate code to enter the property and for the code for the door- the first few codes did not work. It had not been sent to us for check in. Some one else staying there eventually gave us a working code. We also specifically looked for pet friend properties and while the dog was allowed in the condo, others staying on property told us dogs were not allowed on the "private beach" that comes with your stay here. We wish we had known that.
