Backyard Pool! Near Space Center- Mahan Splashdown

Relax comfortably in this cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath oasis WITH POOL that sleeps 10, with an extra sleeping area in the den. Close to Huntsville Botanical Gardens, Dublin Park, and Rainbow Mountain Trails. The home sits on a large corner lot with secluded cul-de-sac! You will enjoy both the outside and inside of this home with a covered patio seating area and a private backyard which boasts beautiful wrought iron fence. Pool is closed Labor Day to Memorial Day. Free wifi, pet friendly with fee.

The Space:
Welcome! The entrance is just up the driveway. The door is protected by a digital lock. To enter, you simply need to input the 4 digit personal code provided to you with your check in instructions, then press the lock image button on the keypad.

Once in the home, you will proceed to the living room straight ahead. There you will find it outfitted with a couch, 2 accent chairs, a coffee table, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, 1 tripod lamp, and a 50 in Roku TV ready to stream your subscribed services.

To the right is a hallway that will lead you to the full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You will also find a queen bed bedroom with 2 end tables, 2 lamps, and 2 luggage racks for your convenience.

The Master bedroom is on your second left down the hallway. The Master bedroom has 1 King bed, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, 2 luggage racks and a guest closet. There is also an en suite full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

On your second right, there is a Queen bedroom which has 1 Queen bed, 2 end tables, and 2 luggage racks.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and everything else you need to cook a full meal in the home.

Facing the kitchen and to the right is the fourth bedroom. This bedroom has 1 Full Bed, 1 end table, 1 lamp, 2 Luggage rack, and 1 Clothing Rack.

The dining room has a gray wooden 4 table top with 4 chairs. To your left, you will find the fifth bedroom. In this bedroom, there are 2 Twin beds, 2 Luggage racks, 1 end table, 1 lamp, and a six-seater table with six chairs. This is also where the washer and dryer is located in the closet area on the left side of the room if you're facing the window.

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Backyard access is at the rear of the house. Enjoy the private pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day! Please note, it is not heated.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a quiet residential area of Madison, AL.

Getting Around:
This is a residential area, so driving is recommended, but Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
