「I needed to book something quick for my uncles funeral that would accommodate my large family. This place was perfect and in an area that was close to the funeral home. We had enough space for everyone. Just needed to be more stocked with the essentials 」

The house had two wonderful outdoor second story decks with great views of the water and the ferry dock. Location was perfect, so convenient to ferry and market. Two things not great. Although it had an AC unit in every bedroom that all worked fine which made ground floor cool and comfortable, the main living...

「I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.」

「Quick 2-night stay, couldn’t have been more comfortable. Ocean Beach (town) has everything (one would need for a Fire Island stay), yet the house is beautifully secluded away from it all. The house is well-cared for with delightful details. The view is wonderful. We had everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!」

「The property is super clean, nice and accessible. I've stayed at many different hotels around the world and this listing is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The bed is very comfortable, the thermostat is very professionally done. Julie even have a ironing board provided, so if you're going somewhere important, it's super convenient.」

「House is absolutely perfect! This is our second time staying and we will definitely return. So much charm and warmth. I had the best sleep that I have had in months. All the amenities you could ask for, and more. Terrific convenient location. Host goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. 」

Besides that it was 8/10 experience and i will definitely come back.」

"As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five. The facility is too old to use. To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times. The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill. The drain of the tub is only half-working. When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued. AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts. Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30. Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up. Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!! By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
