"Stopped by early to pay for the room I had reserved for my daughter on Christmas Eve. Valet was very polite and allowed me to park in front while I went in to pay. It was around 11:00 am and I was not expecting to complete the check in process that early but simply put a credit card on file for the room. Jordan was not only super friendly and welcoming she was able to complete everything and give me the room keys so that night my daughter could go straight to her room. Jordan definitely exceeded my expectations and is a great employee! Merry Christmas and thanks again Jordan! "
