“We enjoyed our stay at Royal Dunes. The condo was very spacious and bright. We had plenty of room for a family of six. We appreciated the three large bathrooms with accessibility features. The kitchen was a nice size and adequately stocked. Though could have used a bit more silverware. We enjoyed the pool and the easy walk to the beach!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! ”

“Condo was as described. It was very clean, decorated nicely. Bed was super comfortable and adjustable too. Great shower-head. We went during the week and community was very quiet. The balcony is comfortable and has a nice view of the golf course and stars at night. Lots of birds in the area as well as deer. Host was very attentive, helpful and communicated quickly. As described, the unit is a few stairs up, but it's a great way to get some steps in.”

“Check-in was very vague. We were contacted via messenger on hotels.com instead of my email or phone. We didnt get it until we arrived at 18:00. There was no one at the security desk to let us in to the gate. Other than lack of communication in the beginning it was okay. Beautiful property nice and quiet. The pictures were not of the room we got...we thought we werr getting a loft style instead of apartment style. ”

“This is a great location for accessing the northern beach at Fish Haul. Very quiet property. The TVs in the 2 bedrooms worked fine.The TV in the main living space was beyond frustrating with 3 remotes - spectrum, roku, and insignia and no instructions. For heaven sakers, leave a guide for your guests!”

“We were very happy with our stay. The unit was very clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities and towels. We had to call with questions a couple times and had no issue getting through to someone. The pool wasn’t too far and the river/beach was a few minute walk from our unit. It was easy to get to anyplace on the island from here. ”
