"Lovely place to stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Close to Kings Lynn centre if you’re looking for some food or shopping. Can’t fault it. Will definitely stay again. "

"The place was lovely and the hosts couldn't do enough for you. Very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and pleasant with plenty of wardrobe / drawer space. The bed was really comfortable and the room was warm as the heating was on. I would have scored 100% but for a small leak on the shower cubicle bottom seal and the shaver/mirror light wouldn't work - nit picking really but shows this review is honest. Even so, overall far better than could be expected for the price."

"Key collection was very straight forward, house and room very clean and comfortable. Cake on arrival a nice touch. Prosecco and chocolates for valentines and extra special thought! Unfortunately breakfast times very short and early for the weekends so didn’t have breakfast on the Saturday (parkrun timings didn’t allow and didn’t work out how to arrange early breakfast until it was too late). "Mis-sold this accommodation. This is a house share, with 5 bedroom, but was described as "You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party." on Expedia So I did not stay at Hillcroft."

"Good room and very close to the seafront but far enough away so heard no noise "

"My visit was 15 to 19 March 2025 , I've chosen this location because to all amenities, bedroom with bathroom spot because i did alot walking along the promenade."

"We were pleasantly surprised by our room. It was a family room which is probably why it was so spacious, and more importantly clean. My only moan would be breakfast is served between 8am - 9am. I personally think 8-10am would be more appealing but you can’t please everyone all the time. "

"I had a really good stay at the Southwold. The owners were helpful and friendly and the B&B was clean and tidy. The breakfasts in the morning were also large and tasty. I had the single room right up on the top floor, which was up a normal flight of stairs, then a second steeper set which I didn't mind but others may have trouble with. I also had a separate large bathroom, which was on the other side of the landing. However this was no trouble for me. There was a bit of a walk to the pier and...

"Both my wife and I and our grandson had a lovely time at Valentine Cottage, we were blessed with lovely weather and the cottage was worm and cosy....we would highly recommend staying there."

"We had the perfect stay at Jasmine Cottage very peacefulThe dogs loved the grass to play on. The Deer are still in the garden in the early mornings even with the Gates closed. Which was nice to see, But! there are not many shrubs left in the garden that have not been eaten. The walk down Beach Road to the sea takes about 5 minutes with the dogs, and 15 minutes to get back when the dogs are worn out.If you have dogs I thoroughly recommend Jasmine Cottage."
