"Andy and Carrie’s place exceeded my expectations beyond measure. Highland Hill Farms will forever hold a great spot in my heart. "My family just enjoyed a weeklong stay, and although this is a wonderful rental, the listing is very misleading. 1. Air-conditioning is listed as an amenity, which this house does NOT have. And not all of the windows have screens. After we booked thru VRBO, we got a confirmation directly from Vacasa which warned that there was only a small window unit, but that wasn't installed prior to our stay either. "We enjoyed our stay in the Silo so much! Its a geogous sitting and the views are amazing. The host were very informative and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer! They have thought of absolutely everything you would need and more. They also have a very cute stand were you can purchase local produce and merchandise. "Really enjoyed the stay with a family of two kids and included were grandparents. It was very easy access to the national park which we spent 5 days at. Right along the river is very nice in the morning and evening. Only comment is the lighting was not working in certain areas of the home and it was dark inside."

"If you are looking for a simple, quite, peaceful place this is it. There is nothing fancy about this place and it feels more like camping, but it is also WAY cheaper than anything else around. My wife and I met the owner, James, who was super friendly and has all the local knowledge! We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to get back out there soon. "

Also, there was some grease stains on the comforter and steps. We had a very nice stay nevertheless. PS: it would be nice to have illumination on the driveway available. "
