Check-in with Pam was easy as can be and a couple of accommodation requests that we had (a bucket of ise for champagne, and a couple decks of cards) were promptly delivered tom our room by Dallas. Our room was neat, warm, and cozy. Exactly what we needed on a late January trip. Pam's breakfast was incredible, featuring eggs Florentine, sausage, mixed berried and yogurt, and the most amazing orange muffins. We will definitively be coming back...

"The carriage house was beyond our expectations! We were coming into town to visit friends and this was the perfect accommodations for our family of six! The king room was perfect for mom and dad and the four kids slept in the double room. Everything was clean and close to Hershey park. The host was incredibly accommodating to our request for a late check out and was incredibly responsive as well. We will definitely be staying there again when we come in to visit Hersheypark."

"While the place is very cute, there were many odd things about it. First and foremost, there is NO AC in the room. Room description also advertised a bathrobe and desk and those were not provided either. I had to sleep with two fans and one window open (the other two did not have screens). That night, I went to get a drink at the coffee bar and the common area was very dark and could not find a light switch anywhere. I was told by other guests that the back staircase outside had a broken step...
