Otherwise, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area close to the Metro. I needed just one night at a cheap hotel not far from the airport. This was perfect. "

"I thought this was a hotel and was surprised I had to go to a separate location to check in. Both locations had old, grimy entrances, hallways and elevators. However, the room itself was super clean, modern and inviting. The location for shopping was excellent and the nearby restaurants were great. "

"Perfect location, everything is within walking distance. It has the wrong location on Google and I spent almost an hour with the Uber driver going up and down the street. The entrance door is not well-lit and not unique. It’s fine once you get inside. There is no number to call for customer service either so they really need to change that! "

"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....

"Google maps took us right there but it was not so obvious. This is a neighborhood apartment building. The hotel occupies a couple of floors in the building. We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Neighborhood is excellent to blend amongst locals, and anything that you need is a short block or 2. You have about a 15 to 20 minute easy walk, maximum, to all your favorite...

"The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in."
