Hualien County Historic Hotel

"Hotel seems quite new. Room is fairly spacious and beds are comfortable. Shower has good pressure and consistent temperature. Breakfast (vegetarian) spread is very good and tasty. Hotel has own car park sites just behind the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great - walking distance to night market and several famous eateries. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Hualien"

"Cosy and clean environment, it felt very homely and the deco is extremely pretty. I came with my family and we love the homemade breakfast served every morning. The boss is also friendly and easy to talk to, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Very good value. Clean. Has a bar close by (never got a chance to check it out). Central location. Owner is friendly and helpful. Includes NT$55 voucher per guest for mixed western/Taiwanese breakfast nextdoor. Good for families. Nothing extravagant but would stay again."
