"Overall - good stay We have great rooms, well presented and well maintained. Well selected & presented breakfast. Please consider couple of points: 1. Staff at front desk are very friendly, however they have very limited English skills. This will improve communications 2. Consider to provide greater tours and excursions options 3. We experienced a bad small of weed from my neighbour room downstairs'. Our room was exposed to bad small at least 2 times per day and at night as well. Reported once...

"Nice little hotel in a great, quiet location by Pranburi beach and not far from Khao Kalok. There's also a 7-Eleven very close by for convinence. The food in the cafe is especially excellent. The only slight problem during our stay was that the usual location for the cafe and reception area was being demolished as part of renovations. While this didn't cause any issues or sound problems for us at all while we were in the room, it was something we weren't made aware of in advance. I'm sure when...

"Location is very isolated. Great for relaxing. No restaurant and transportation available. I had to call for taxi to get to town which was bad at all. Nice owner and very accommodating. I booked a medium price room, but found ants when checked in. They gave me an upgraded room on second floor with no charge. Breakfast was great. The staff went above and beyond when I needed to go get some food at a local store. I bought some food and the prepared my dinner for me at no cost."

"This hotel is perfect for cat lovers if you have a cat allergy stay away. Heaith and safety doesn't exist there are no hand rails to hold on to when going up the stairs as there is no lift.The room was small and limited storage for clothes . There is no disabled entrance so no wheelchair access "

"Great motel for relaxing rooms are good size and spacious very comfortable As for things to do there is not much the beach well there is no beach just a break wall you have to wait until 530am to walk on the sand There no beach bar or pool bar and the drinks are expensive for a beer or wine So if you want to sit by the pool and relax this is the place If you like other activities than look around at other motels "

"We stayed for 5 nights in an Oceanbed Jacuzzi Vila. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The villa was fantastic - great size, very clean, comfy bed. Great attention to detail in the hotel and resort. We mainly used the pool on the beachside - had the best daybeds ever! Great food in the restaurants - and awesome views from the restaurant on the beachside. Easy walk into the centre of Hua Hin. Overall, a fantastic stay. Will definitely be back. "
