"Booked a two bedroom Japanese suite for 6 adults and it was pleasantly spacious enough to accommodate. My only feedback would be that the kitchen is quite small, however I believe that the area that would have been utilised for the kitchen has been allocated to the tatami room. There was storage for suitcases which was very practical for those staying in the tatami room. The main washroom was spacious with double vanity. Walking distance to main asakusa area was great. "This was a better than expected hotel. I loved the kitchenette and washer/dryer in the unit. The only negative was that we had to take out our own trash when we didn't request housekeeping and there were no extra trash bags available, so not sure how they wanted us to do that. But the staff was super nice and I would definitely look to stay here again."

"Our 5 night stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel was EXTREMELY clean, the staff was helpful, the amenities and location were perfect for our needs. They cleaned every day, refreshing with water, pjs, slippers, towels etc. It was wonderful. The water pressure and shower were perfect. The room, Deluxe 4th, was huge! "Fantastic large room and friendly staff but the lift and room corridors are all outdoors which in January was freezing and uncomfortable. No onsite dining was really a challenge too, particularly for breakfast. No black tea (only green) and dodgy keypad room locks which failed for us and had to get fixed. Not much signage in English but once you figure things out, it’s a nice bargain hotel in a fantastic location. Breakfast buffet is included but a bit mysterious for Western tourists.
