Great stay
Great large studio that feels homey immediately. Bed is a nice medium firm mattress. I didn’t really use the kitchen but there was a portable burner and pots and pans. Laundry also available. The neighborhood is very family oriented and it’s across the street from a school. The studio is located above a detached garage, so you can hear when the garage door opens but that doesn’t really bother me. Overall great quick trip and would stay again.

Above and Beyond
Lenard went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Everything you need he has. The kitchen is fully stocked, it even has a milk frother!!! The garage is stocked up with laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and disinfectants. Lenard would call to check up on me and if I needed anything. Check-in and out was easy. There are 2 bikes to use at your convenience. The HEB grocery store is right across the street. The apartment is close to public transit also. Perfect area in Houston to go out for drinks, dinner, and even ice cream. There are nearby bike trails. The neighbourhood is clean, safe and the neighbours are friendly. Perfect for a business trip or couples getaway. You also have all the privacy you need. Overall great stay
