"The property has a sense of serenity with beautiful views. Its location is excellent a short walk along the lake's promenade gets you right to Bardolino centre with beautiful resraurants and shops. Very clean and the staff are very helpful. Only negative is that the rooms are a bit dated and need an uplift with better decor. Liked it so much we went back.
"The staff was very attentive and friendly. At check in they insisted on taking our bags to our room and escorted us to go over the amenities and answer questions. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We particularly liked the pool and sculptures around the landscape.we also liked that they are right on the lake but separated from the public walk. Our favorite part of the experience was our waiter Michael. He made the experience very special. We liked everything so much that we returned 3 nights later on our way back to Milan. We had our best night there with Michael as our waiter again. We have shared the experience with our friends and family. We can’t say enough good things about our experience at the resort."
