Lots of room
House is very clean and right on the lake. Lots of room and everything you need for a relaxing stay. We rented a boat just down the road and had a great time. Would stay here again!

Hot Springs Fun and Relaxation
House was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Reunion with long time friends and this property had it all. Room enough to relax and do your own thing and comfy areas to visit and play games. Views out the windows are spectacular. We left wanting to come back.

Not only was this property prices right, but it had everything we needed for our weekend in HSV. The property is beautiful, spacious, safe, and private. We were impressed with the comfort of the beds and the cleanliness of the home. Great neighborhood on a beautiful lake.

Disappointed
Overall we were disappointed in kitchen utensils and the cooking pans were extremely difficult to cook with. Not happy with all the ants everywhere in the kitchen and front bathroom. We were also very disappointed in the bedrooms. According ti the pictures, we were under the impression that we had more than enough room. That was not the case. Plus the 2nd bedroom with the day bed was not comfortable all. We would probably not recommend this VRBO to a friend.

Great golf location
We came in late October for a golf and site seeing trip. The place was very comfortable with plenty of space. The lake views were terrific. Much enjoyed.

Hot Springs Village stay
We arrived on Thursday evening with outside temperatures in the 90's only to find the house thermostat set at 78 degrees. Needless to say, the house was muggy and hot since it sits on the water. It took until the next morning for the house to cool. The deck area with the grill was unusable due to the large amount of debris on the porch and furniture. The house description regarding the third "bedroom" is very deceiving for it is not a double sofa bed - it would fit a child but not two adults - one family member had to find somewhere else to stay. The house is nicely decorated and clean. If there are only 4 people in your party and 2 each can stay in one of the two bedrooms, it would be an OK place to stay.

Relaxing. Beautiful views. Property was pristine both inside and out. Roomie. Plenty storage space. Everything was there that we needed. Upscale in every way. Would definitely stay there again. Owner was readily available when needed, friendly & timely.

Okay but a pass for us
The house was very nice and the view was beautiful. The house says ‘no smoking’ but we thought it smelled like smoke when we walked in. Also, the owners have cameras to watch you on driveway and house and do watch bc they messaged me. That seemed intrusive to us. I just feel like if you are that paranoid then maybe don’t have an VRBO. Overall, it was fine but I wouldn’t chose to rent there again.

Relaxing and Cozy stay on the lake
Beautiful property and very serene. the neighborhood is very quiet and even though houses are close together no one is loud or bothersome. The only thing I would add is a tv in the bedroom.

Beautiful house on the lake
The house was so nice and the view of the lake was amazing. Very clean and spacious. The house isn't real close to stores or the downtown Hot Springs area, so plan accordingly for getting groceries and whatnot, but it's well worth the drive for the awesome lake location. We couldn't locate kitchen towels in the kitchen, but that was literally the only thing (and maybe they were there and we just didn't see them, there are a lot of cabinets!) everything else was provided, even a good selection of board games which my kids enjoyed. Really loved this place, very relaxing!

Beautiful Home-Great Location
We found this property to be an exceptional value and a comfortable stay. It has all the amenities one would need for a scenic lake stay. We even had an opportunity to grill out on the patio with the provided grill. Loved it! The owner was responsive when we ended up going to a closed gate after hours. I would suggest going to the West Gate if you are arriving after 10p.m. It was a very nice place, no surprises, just discoveries.
