We enjoyed our stay at this property!
Overall impression was okay. We had several issues. FIRST - the master bed was horrendously HARD. I had to sleep on the sofa. The patio was unclean - dead bugs, insects, and spider webs were everywhere. There was trash under the bushes near the patio. I messaged the owner to have maintenance to come out and clean, but after waiting for so long and no one ever showing up - my husband cleaned it so he could grill and the kids could use it to access the pool area... we also had issues with locking the door when we left the property. We were instructed to just use the key that was hidden on the property... go figure, right.

At first look, the place was nice. but after a little closer look, just was not the nicest place that we have stayed at. It was not cleaned very well. The heated pool was not heated or very clean. The unit was managed by VACASA. Manager did not respond to our concerns. The kitchen was not well stocked with basic supplies/utensils.

Sooo disappointed with lack of attention to problems
The house is beautiful and a great location. However, the internet (television) did not work the entire time. I have a whole string of texts promising that the local VRBO office would contact us to make it right and they never called. 4 days of vacation and NO ONE cared enough to try to fix this. Then I got into the jacuzzi and when I turned it on black slime shot out of the jets. I reported that as well with no response. Very disappointed.

Property has some issues
This property has a lot of potential, but as it is now there are some major issues with the property. The kitchen/bath floors had water seeping up between the tiles. You couldn't walk in the kitchen barefoot or in socks, because there is constantly water coming up through the floor. The dryer did not work. This was an issue for us as a family staying there for a full week. We expected to be able to do laundry. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and our phones and devices would get kicked off the Wi-Fi very frequently. Eventually we had to rely on hotspot service through my husbands phone. The property looked like it had probably been cleaned after the previous guests, but that it had sat untouched for some time in between rentals. It should have been cleaned before our stay. We found a dead mouse in the garage, which caused the garage to smell terribly, and there were mouse droppings all over the couches in the garage. Needless to say, we did not use the garage which had the ping pong table in it. In the end there was a long list of amemnities that were unusable to us: the dryer, the garage with the ping-pong ball table, the wi-fi, and then there were the kitchen and bathroom floors that we couldn't walk on. I did communicate to VACASA quickly, and was told the local representative would be in touch, but they never reached out at all or made any attempt to rectify the issues we brought to their attention. Very disappointing!

Pool is fantastic

Lovely place
Our two kids loved the place! It was great to access the pool and enjoy some quality outdoor time. The location wasn’t overcrowded and offered good access to the lake. Shops and restaurants were within a 10-15 minute drive, which was very convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect location
The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the lake. The pool was a big hit and made our trip even more enjoyable. Carl was very helpful with a few issues we had; his attention to detail and communication were excellent. We had a great stay and appreciated the overall experience.

Loved our stay at this home away from home ! Lots of room for our family of 10. Back yard room to run . It did rain while we were there but the garage still offered a place for the kids to run off that extra energy. Will look to see if this is available next time we head to Hot Springs! Thanks for a great place to celebrate our family Christmas!

Beautiful location!
We stayed at this place over Labor Day weekend, and it is a beautiful location right on the lake. It was a perfect meeting place for 3 generations of family to hang out and make memories. We utilized all of the amenities - fishing at the dock, swimming in the pool, playing ping pong, kayaking on the lake. All of that and it was just outside of Hot Springs. When we come back to Hot Springs, we will be coming back here!

Honestly, this place was better than we expected! We were expecting a nice, clean condo on the water and what we got was a beautiful, extremely spacious condo with all the “extras” that we never even asked for! It was Perfect!!! What a beautiful, clean, well-organized home! The host is extremely helpful and available to answer any questions-- he goes above and beyond expectations. The beds are comfy. The view is gorgeous, and the neighborhood is safe and welcoming. If we ever vacationed in this area again, I would 100% return to this location.
